Prayer

When Jesus was throwing out the money changers from the temple, He gave his description of the church.  He said, “My Father’s House will be a house of prayer.” (Matthew 21:13)  At TRCC, we see prayer as essential for a strong walk and a strong church.

A missionary visiting Jim Cymbala’s church in Brooklyn made a statement.  He said, “You know how popular the church is by who comes Sunday morning.  You know how popular the pastor is by who comes Sunday night.  You know how popular Jesus is by who comes to the prayer meeting.”

Prayer is one of the most important things we do.  Through it we communicate with God and He speaks to us.  Through prayer He heals, delivers, comforts, and guides.

Prayer meetings are currently held at:

Monday at 8 am
Wednesday at 7 pm

Fifth Friday Prayer -- The New England region churches are uniting in prayer for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the church in New England.  Prayer will be held at various sites around New England.
