Prayer
When Jesus was throwing out the money changers from the temple, He gave his description of the church. He said, “My Father’s House will be a house of prayer.” (Matthew 21:13) At TRCC, we see prayer as essential for a strong walk and a strong church.
A missionary visiting Jim Cymbala’s church in Brooklyn made a statement. He said, “You know how popular the church is by who comes Sunday morning. You know how popular the pastor is by who comes Sunday night. You know how popular Jesus is by who comes to the prayer meeting.”
Prayer is one of the most important things we do. Through it we communicate with God and He speaks to us. Through prayer He heals, delivers, comforts, and guides.
Prayer meetings are currently held at:
Wednesday at 7 pm at the church. All prayer requests are lifted up on this day. You can send a prayer request to pastorjim97@verizon.net.
People meet together during the week to pray together.
We offer prayer for healing, comfort, peace...at the end of Sunday services
